Slip slidin' away or I should say back slidin'
So, this is back-to-back months with less than positive results. Not happy about it, but I know I am the only one that can correct it. Really had a rough time on the course this month and kind of had a moment where I needed to take a step back and look at how I was doing things. (More on that later.)
Starting HDCP: 16.9
Finishing HDCP: 17.5
Brutal. I am not going into the woes of my game in this post. I have something I have been working on. But let’s say things aren’t going well.
Starting Weight: 216
Final Weight: 218
Weight Loss: Gained 2 lbs.
Continued the trend from last month of going in the wrong direction and had a work trip mixed in, which threw everything off.
Miles walked: 86.2 out of 100 miles.
I could have juiced this with mileage from walking around on my work trip, but I set the parameters of how I want to track mileage (sports related, not just walking around or daily walking)—keeping with that.
Just going to rinse and repeat from last month. My goal was to layer in weightlifting with stretching, walking, and practicing. It didn’t happen. It was just a time thing, and I need to figure out a better way to work it in.
Practice time: 9/30 days
Travel, weather sucked, and to be honest I have been feeling dejected about my game which you’d think would spur me to practice more, but it has had the opposite effect.
