Public/Private/Location: Private course in Canby

Why did you play there? Got onto the course through the NWGG winter series.

Tees: White 5974 Blue 6460 Black 7092

Overview:

I started off the back on the 11th hole and played well until I made it to the front. The course is a very traditional course setup. Narrow fairways, large and mature trees, well-maintained fairways, and small, quick, and true greens. There are a fair number of doglegs throughout the course with sand and water features. A limited amount of OB and not really any undergrowth allows you to find off-target shots and get back into play.

Verdict:

This course was exceptionally maintained. Just in perfect shape especially for all the rain, we had the previous week. The course was challenging in parts, I didn’t find it long, but you had to be accurate. I’d enjoy playing it again and if you can find an opportunity to play there it is well worth it.
