No warm weather golfing for me. March is posting season, so there will be movement here for sure.
Starting Weight: 217.4
Final Weight: 214.4
Weight Loss: 3 ilbs
I started going on dates, eating later in the day than I usually do, not eating properly, and incorporating alcohol back into my diet and well…. Things stalled out for sure. This caused me to regress for about two weeks gaining weight back. I have refocused and finished the month strong.
Miles walked: 115.25 out of 100 miles
Last month I blew past my goal of 60 miles and decided to raise the bar to 100. I blew by that. I am going to keep it there this month knowing I have my son’s spring break towards the end of the month which might impact my workout schedule.
My goal was to layer in weightlifting with stretching, walking, and practicing. It didn’t happen. It was just a time thing, and I need to figure out a better way to work it in.
Practice time: 19/28 days
I wasn’t nearly as consistent getting the work in as I was in the last two weeks of last month. But getting something in better than every other day is encouraging. It can be better but making the effort counts.
Next month I am going to lose the back half with travel for my son’s spring break, but I want to make I work extremely hard the first three weeks of the month.
