I put in a score from CA that bumped it .2 points from when I was at my parent’s house at Christmas, and I blanked on doing that because it isn’t posting season in OR. No big deal. Posting season starts March 1st, so won’t see a change this month.
I played five times this month and didn’t keep score or play “proper” golf. Lots of practice shots and working on hitting different shots. This is the time of year to do it.
Starting Weight: 224
Final Weight: 217.4
Weight Loss: 6.6 pounds
I’ve been attentive to what I have put in my body. Also, doing dry January has helped. Down 15 pounds overall since the start of December. Hope to finish February under 210.
Miles walked: 89.69 out of 60
Blew past this. I will up the baseline to 80 with a goal of 100.

So, my goal was to first layer in the stretching to go with the golf practice and get miles in. I didn’t stretch as much as I wanted. It needs to be a daily routine. Going to keep it going overall though and I am going to start layering in the weightlifting now.
Practice time: 12/15 days
I took the first couple weeks off from golf this year to get work and other things straightened out. Once I chose to get back into practicing, I was consistent in doing SOMETHING almost every day to improve my golf game. Happy with the progress here.
I need to add another thing that I will go into detail about later: I have re-engaged with a swing coach and am going to go weekly until the posting season starts and reevaluate once that begins.
