Starting HDCP: 16.4

Finishing HDCP: 16.9

Posting season started, and I had a good opening round moving my handicap down to 16.1, as lessons progressed and I layered more and more into my swing, I shot four poor rounds consecutively, which were my worst rounds since a blowup round in September.

This is where I repeat over and over again that “it’s the process, not the result.”

Starting Weight: 214

Final Weight: 216

Weight Loss: Gained 2 lbs.

I went from St. Patrick’s Day to my birthday to my kid’s birthday to vacation. It wasn’t a recipe for success. I minimized the damage and enjoyed myself, so not going to beat myself up over this.

Miles walked: 112.2 out of 100 miles.

Even with vacation sprinkled in, I maintained the pace of being over 100 miles per month.

Workout: NA

Just going to rinse and repeat from last month. My goal was to layer in weightlifting with stretching, walking, and practicing. It didn’t happen. It was just a time thing, and I need to figure out a better way to work it in.

Practice time: 16/31 days

Having lost the last two weeks of the month, I am happy with the effort that was put in here.

What are your goals for April?
