Okay Nerds Let’s Look at the Stats Vol 4

An update on how I stack up against people with my handicap

I wanted to take the time to look at my stats and evaluate where I am compared to other people with my handicap, also to see if I have progressed over the last 18 months of looking at these stats.

Jan 22 (21 HDCP)

Drive: 78%
Approach: 74%
Chip: 42%
Putt: 71%
Drive Distance: 57%

September 22  (17.8 HDCP)

Drive: 79%
Approach: 62%
Chip: 29%
Putt: 93%
Drive Distance: 51%

June 1^st 23 (17.1 HDCP)

Drive: 87%
Approach: 75%
Chip: 48%
Putt: 81%
Drive Distance: 50%

Everything is up across the board excluding putting and driving distance. I have zero concerns about my putting, we are early in the season and this is through greens being punched, etc.

This has been the roughest part of my game this year, I’ve been really good off the tee or really bad. There has been no in-between, which has helped fuel the increase in my handicap.

Pretty stagnant here.

This is by far the biggest improvement to my game. I’ve put a lot of effort in to improving my chipping and while I have a ton of room for improvement this at least makes me feel like the effort isn’t going to waste.

My putting is fairly strong… Don’t feel like I need to mess with this too much.
